Shipping & Delivery

Overview

Shipping and delivery times depends on the delivery address. All orders within the United States are considered domestic orders and they are typically picked, packed and shipped within 3 business days from the day the order is placed and typically delivered within 5-10 shipping days vis First Class Package or Priority Shipping via the United States Post Office. If the delivery address is outside of the United States delivery could take up to 30 or more days. A tracking number will be issued upon creation of your order's shipping label. 

 

My package says delivered but I don't see it?

Please allow 24 hours for human error to make sure the package was actually delivered. Also check with your neighbors, around the porch or entry way of your home and the mailbox or mailroom. Sometimes packages could be delivered to the wrong location. If your package still does not turn up within 24-48 hours, please file a claim directly with the local postal courier using your tracking number provided via email as they do take responsibility for your package one it has left our shipping facility. Package lost, stolen or damaged?

Once your package leaves our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for the order.

If your package was lost or stolen you USPS using your tracking number. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.  

If you did not enter your correct shipping address, we will wait for your package to be returned to us before attempting reshipment. In this instance, you will be contacted via email to confirm a correct shipping address once the package has been received at our shipping facility.

My package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to sender, you will be notified via the email that was used to place the original order. Depending on the condition of the product, we may be able to offer reshipment depending on your case. We provide the following options:

1. After confirming there was no errors during ordering with your original address used to place your order and it was the postal couriers mistake, we would reship your order on our next business shipping day.

2. If you placed your order incorrectly or provided the wrong shipping address at the time of ordering and did not correct this address before it was shipped, you will need to pay to reship your order. If you don't wish to pay for the secondary shipping charges, we would not attempt to reship your order that has been returned to our shipping facility and you would also not qualify for a refund. 

3. If a second attempt to ship your products is made and returned again, if you wish, you can purchase additional shipping to attempt a third time to deliver your merchandise. If you don't wish to pay for these shipping charges, we would not attempt to reship your order that has been returned and you would also not qualify for a refund.
